Tailored to students with little or no previous experience with the German language. This course focuses on grammar, vocabulary, syntax and spelling.
GRMN121,122,123: Beginning Phonetics (1, 1, 1 qh)
This course trains students in oral expression, including single sounds. Accent and intonation training are a precondition for successful communication.
GRMN127,128,129: Beginning Oral Expression (4,4,4 qh)
This course complements the course GRMN 101,102, 103, and stresses the vocabulary and structure of the spoken language. Language practice through a variety of activities.
GRMN215,216,217: Intermediate Oral Expression (4, 4, 4 qh)
Designed for students taking GRMN 205, 206, 207, this course familiarizes the student with useful structures in everyday language. Comprehension, pronunciation, intonation, correct expression and interactive exercises are stressed.
